Cancellations

Cancellation are applicable only before the shipping of the item. If the item is shipped from our end, the order can't be cancelled. However returns and refunds will applicable according to our policies.

Returns

We want to provide every customer a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for a small business to offer returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded. In order to initiate the return, you will have to drop a request at info@Bonbini.in or visit our return page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed in your bank account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@Bonbini.in and We will arrange reverse shipping at your Door Steps.
